Controlled Burns – Please Call 1-866-404-4911

Tips-For-A-Safe-Burn

For a controlled burn, contact the provincial call centre at 1-866-404-4911 prior to commencing the fire. Unreported burns may result in the Fire Department being dispatched to your property. Property owners are responsible for fire call-out fees, you may want to speak to your insurance company to ensure you have coverage. Avoid unexpected fees by calling the Controlled Burn line EVERY TIME you burn on your property.
